PAC Training Company Classes/Courses will be utilizing Laser training weapons, Real weapons with dummy rounds or laser inserts . for class purpose only firearms aloud in class will be brought in by the instructor’s and will go through a triple check before being used in class.

FIREARM IS NOW SAFE FOR CLASS DEMONSTRATION
We are asking all students to use common firearm safety rules. Instructors & Safety officers will be watching very close and if something is noticed then the student will be re-corrected of that action.
We have a 2 strike rule then the student will be asked to leave for failure to follow the safety policy.
SAFETY RULES
Handling

Treat every firearm as if it’s loaded

Keep your finger off the trigger unless you intend to shoot

Keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction

Wear eye and ear protection when firing

Never pull the trigger with the safety on “safe”

Use only the correct ammunition for your gun
Training

Listen to and obey instructions
-
Never fire another round until the weapon is checked

Don’t leave a firing line without unloading your weapon

Never walk in front of the firing line until it’s safe

Dry firing should only be done in a safe area with an instructor’s permission
EMERGENCY PROCEDURE:
ALL OF OUR INSTRUCTOR’S AND RANGE SAFETY OFFICERS ARE TRAINED IN STOP THE BLEED, BASIC FIRST AID. A CLASS BASIC FIRST AID KIT IS AVAILABLE ALONG WITH EACH INSTRUCTOR/RSO HAVING A IFAK.
IF AN EMERGENCY IS TO HAPPEN IN CLASS:
1. NOTIFY AN INSTRUCTOR/RSO IMMEDIATELY.
IF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY HAPPENS ON THE RANGE A
CEASE FIRE WILL BE CALLED*

ALL FIREARMS ARE TO BE CLEARED AND MADE SAFE AND
INSTRUCT ALL SHOOTERS TO STEP AWAY FROM THE FIRING LINE
UNTIL THE SITUATION CAN BE PROPERLY HANDLED.

IF A SERIOUS INJURY OCCURS, THE EMS WILL BE CONTACTED
IMMEDIATELY. OTHER PARTICIPANTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM
THE AREA; ONLY THOSE ASSISTING WITH THE INJURED WILL
REMAIN.
